Use this form to request a re-send of an e-Gift card that was redeemed but not received.
Before submitting a request for the e-Gift card to be re-sent, please ensure you have checked
your junk mail / spam folders.
Please note: a gift card is not sent for Medibank cover rewards. These rewards are automatically applied to your policy towards the first eligible claim for a service received after redemption. You can view these rewards (apart from the premium payment rewards) in the My Medibank app (Tap on ‘Me’ followed by ‘Medibank rewards).
