Use this form to request a re-send of an e-Gift card that was redeemed but not received.

Before submitting a request for the e-Gift card to be re-sent, please ensure you have checked your junk mail / spam folders.
Any gift cards that were redeemed after September 10, 2025 can be accessed from the Live Better Rewards Store. Select ‘My Orders’ from the top right hand side of the Live Better Rewards Store followed by ‘My Orders’ and ‘Order History’. Click on the order followed by ‘View e-Gift Card’
A gift card is not sent for Medibank cover rewards such as dental and optical out-of-pocket rewards, premium payment rewards, hospital excess reduction rewards, services up to the value of $115 rewards and extras limit increase rewards. These rewards are automatically applied to your policy towards the first eligible claim for a service received after redemption. You can view these rewards (except for the premium payment rewards) in the My Medibank app (Tap on ‘Me’ followed by ‘Medibank rewards).
